zu dem KalenderFollowed by a conversation with Laura Tonke, moderated by Birgit Kohler
Just yesterday, the life of Hedi Schneider (Laura Tonke) and her small family was still happy, carefree and a little crazy. But while having sex on the kitchen floor, she suffers a panic attack that develops into a persistent anxiety disorder. Her illness changes her relationship with her husband Uli (Hans Löw) and their young son; all three try their best, yet suffer nonetheless. Whether the nonsensical banter in the lift, the colorful clothes with fruit and flower patterns on them or a heart-wrenching performance of the Bratkartoffel song – the film approaches its serious subject matter with wit and dry humor. Hedi is the perfect role for Laura Tonke, where she can move between tragedy and comedy, nonsense and seriousness, which she does in considerable style. (bik)
